You can’t go wrong with this delicious South African staple, a ginger packed drink to help you, even through the winter blues! INGREDIENTS - 10 L water - 2 & 1/2 packs ginger (you can add more if you like a stronger ginger kick!) - 10 cups white sugar + 2 cups brown sugar - 1 x Tartaric acid - 2 x Cream of tartaric acid - Slices of fresh ginger (optional) ‼️‼️NB - Boil on high heat for 10 minutes then reduce to low heat.
