I’ve been freezing bread thinking I was making it starch-resistant… but I missed one tiny (but crucial) step 😅 . Turns out, it’s not just freeze and eat — it’s cook → cool → REHEAT. I freeze bread too, I splash/spray the bread with a bit of water before reheating to make it a bit softer 😋

I've been doing this for 2 years. but only reason is because Gardenia and Massimo bread is near to impossible to find in Sarawak. If I find only the buns and it's 3x the price 😭
