@legswithshmegs: what happened after a week off from training… i made lifelong memories with my best friends, ate amazing food, and let my body rest. i hear it all the time “i missed a week, i feel like i lost all the progress i was making”. i can promise you that week off means nothing in the grand scheme of things IF you are consistent when you are home. life will be full of weeks off - worry less about that impact and more about the impact of what you are doing during the weeks on. hope this resonates with someone — LIVE YOUR LIFE mwah love you 💗
