@wholesomelysophia: chocolate dipped strawberry banana bread 🍓✨🍌🍫 #EasyRecipe #EasyRecipes #bananabread #bananabreadrecipe #healthyrecipe WHAT YOU NEED! 3 medium sized bananas, ripe & mashed 3/4 cup granulated sugar (white, brown, or coconut) 1 large egg, room temperature 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup diced strawberries TO DO’s! —Combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted oil, eggs, & vanilla in a bowl. —Add in sifted dry ingredients, mix well with a hand mixer. —Fold in chocolate & strawberries, then pour batter into a lined loaf tin. —Bake for 55-60 minutes @ 350 degrees.
