I can't believe this report. I walk my dog several times daily in Manteca. I've been noticing a lot of different types of sharp screws, nails etc. which don't appear to have been used. Very nearby is a shabby used tire business not the typical big named tire & wheel shops.

Why don’t we have state workers that drive all the time have huge magnets on the front of their cars to pick up metal on the roads. If every, state vehicles and parks and recreation vehicles had them we would have fewer problems
