If you wanted 16 sandwiches then it would be $0.41 x 8, not x16 but I get your point. The deals should only apply if it actually results in a discount. They need to get the developers on this to fix it.

Friends, I’m not asking WHY McDonald’s does this. I’m just voicing the frustration that they are acting like it’s a deal when it’s the opposite and just letting others be aware.

it's a problem with them having national promotional deals but regional pricing. in my area the chicken mcgriddle is 2.99, so the 2/$5 is a deal, but that's only b/c I'm in a higher priced region.
