I had frozen shoulder and my doctor that diagnosed it was literally like this is common in diabetics. Well, I’m not diabetic. I was perimenopausal. He did not put the two together. And I didn’t realize it until I went to a women’s health specialist. worst pain I ever experienced in my life and took three years to really thaw out. Still I’m not 100%.

Worst thing I've ever experienced. Had it in my 40s. So much pain. Slept upright in a chair for 2 months. Took 2 years to recover. Nightmare!

had frozen shoulder for years and it got worse last year. started estrogen in Jan, by May the frozen shoulder is pretty much gone

My frozen shoulder happened as a result of a really badly administered flu shot. Shots never hurt me, but this one? Right in the bursa. Ouch! 😓

I have a messed up nerve in my left shoulder, & it has been messed up for decades now. I just turned 43, & it’s been getting worse & worse the last 3 or 4 years. I thought I was just over doing it, but now? Who do I see for this? My ortho, my gyno, or my general?

but please what's with the foot heal pain ? I can't step on it half the time. it hurts to walk or stand on it and it even hurts when I'm laying down 😭 I thought my frozen shoulder was bad.

Had it at 45 in my left shoulder. Had it surgically manipulated and pt. Now at 49 my right shoulder is starting. Asked about HRT but was told I get more than enough being on birth control.

I haven't had issues with my shoulders much, but I have unbearable. SI joint pain. It often locks completely first thing in the mornings. Could this be related? I'm 47, and definitely having other peri symptoms for a couple years
