Why is it recommended to move it from the slow cooker to the stove top? Could we just let it stay in the slow cooker for a longer time? Is it a time thing or a direct heat thing?

using sun light to to reduce chlorophyll isn't very affective if you freeze your material and the alchohol over night do 3-5 minutes washes and your tincture will be golden and not green with the same yield

There is no solid study on chlorophyll being good or bad, so its more a matter of purity to leave it in or remove it. Its just filler at that point
