My mum tried this (or similar) with me when I was younger, I just bit through it, I honestly couldn’t stop! As an adult I still bite my nails the only thing that stops me is having acrylics on 🤦♀️

this is not the same as the old bite stuff. i bought it last week as i couldnt stop biting unless having acrylics on. im now a week in and i have nails. this stuff is so vile it put me right off putting my fingers any where near my mouth. my best buy so far 😊

this will work for some kids, but for others (like me) nail biting is a sensory behaviour used to regulate, so you need to replace it rather than taking it away cold turkey. Sensory chewies (the silicone wearable things) can be a great alternative
