Hey man , ive been watching you’re videos of hip and back improvement. But ive got a hip problem and haven’t found a solution yet. Basicly my right hip is the problem, whenever im sitting too long , have been too active in the week sportwise or even during sports my right hip is so tight , to the point when i raise it and rotate it inwards and lower it literaly jams up , like putting something between the socket itself . It gets jammed and is just so annoying and painfull , sometimes i get it to pop but ussualy its just jammed up . Got any tips ?
