I'm pretty sure she has outstanding grounds for a financially fruitful lawsuit! it's a traffic accident and a pretty minor one at that. he did no investigating and did not determine her to be intoxicated. dude probably going to lose his job, or should at least.

For context. She allegedly was driving without a Drivers License. If true, then he’s allowed to detain until proper Authorities arrive. Handcuffs and placing in the back of the car is a gray area though depending on NYC laws got AG sec detail. We also don’t have much footage of entire incident.
