read a book about fake news in the media : media is primarily about clicks and money. the more clicks = the more money. clickbait, rage bait, emotional bait. all of it. even with critical news, it’s still about viewership = money. doesn’t matter if it’s truth or not. accountability is few and far in between. even with retractions they get lost to the everyflowing news reels. constantly bombarding you. i love this conversation and simultaneously enrages me. Where is the line with Free Speech? How much has fake news influenced our culture and how badly has it shaped society?
