They’ve recently rolled out new menu items like Phở Tái Lăn, where the beef is wok-seared in fragrant beef tallow and garlic, and Phở Trộn, a savory dry noodle version that comes in both beef and vegetarian options. Their broth is still made in-house over 12–14 hours for a clean, balanced, and slow-developed flavor.
