honestly if I didn't have social media at 12 I wouldn't have realized that how I was being treated by my parents was abuse and not having enough food to eat was neglect. Gen z isn't emotional. I'm tired of everything and everyone being abusive.

it seems no matter on how parents grew the kid up the kid is going to be on an extreme or the other, I bet if the parents gave a few money for tasks and a few for existing the kid would just be confused trying to take the mixed signals in some form of extreme conditioning seems there's a lack of relaxed middle ground and everything is taken to the most dramatic max.
