@cultivate.garden: We harvested our lemon balm from our garden before it flowered when it got too hot. From our experience, lemon balm doesn’t dry and store the scent, so we decided to try to make something with the abundant harvest. It unfortunately doesn’t have the fresh scent but the balm itself is very nourishing for the dry skin.
