In Florida, Sheriff Mike Chitwood slammed a dad for allegedly leaving his 18-month-old son in a hot car for three hours while he got a haircut and going to a bar. Police say Scott Gardner knew little Sebastian was dead, but drove to his mothers house, where he called 911. Doctors say Sebastian's body was 111 degrees.
