I manage HOA’s and I would never recommend that the board get involved in rock color at somebody’s house or what they could plant. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

Yea you’re not allowed to make your house look better than everyone else’s that happened to us when we did our yard make over. We ripped everything up rocks plants pavers decor put it in back yard let front yard look like cr@p and no more complaints.
