@farhannvlogs: Education Deprivation in Pashtun rural areas has always been around for decades since Anglo-Afghan war, making it a minor “culture” practice to have kids study upto a few grades and take them out of it to either labour work or run the family’s little businesses. Local governments have taken advantages of these during the years for creating ghost schools and international NGOs avoiding or ignoring them. In both rural areas of southern Afghanistan and Pakistan the Pashtuns face lack of education awareness and to imply it to the young generation. It’s almost as if people in these areas do not believe in bright futures. These kids may not see themselves that way, but the parents may stop them from it as they don’t see them succeeding in these dreams. 📍Zabul
