On days when I have no time, no food, and just need something quick, healthy, and high in protein - this is my lifesaver. 💯 It’s basically a lazy sushi bowl but way easier and just as good! Ingredients: 🍚 130g cooked rice 🐟 1 tin tuna 🥒 ¼ cucumber, diced 🌿 1 spring onion, sliced 🥄 1 tsp lightest mayo 🥄 1 tsp Greek yogurt 🔥 Sriracha (to taste) 🥢 1.5 tbsp soy sauce 🌊 1 packet seaweed thins ⚡️ Sesame seeds (for topping) How to Make: 1️⃣ Mix everything in a bowl (except the seaweed). 2️⃣ Top with sesame seeds for extra crunch. 3️⃣ Spoon the mixture into seaweed thins like little sushi sandwiches. 🤤 That’s it—lazy girl sushi in under 5 minutes.
