I go into full on anaphylaxis because of my mast cell issues. It started with hives for years but progressed to include edema, lightheadedness, nausea, heart palpitations, fainting, etc. My anaphylaxis is caused by exercise, specifically, and is exasperated by heat. 😭

What about breaking out in hives when I get really hot, like if I’m working out or doing yard work. So much so that I have to stop and get in the ac so it will go away

Swelling, mostly legs, but sometimes hands and even face too. In my case it seems to be a reaction to gluten, so it's regular bread, pasta, cakes etc. Pity! 🙄

I have had chronic hives for 13 years. It would be really bad after eating, no matter what I ate. I take Zyrtec and that mostly helps me now. I went to multiple doctors but no one could find a cause/cure for any of it.

I’m new to finding out about it this, I’m assuming if you take antihistamines and they work (hives lessen, skin calms down etc) this doesn’t apply or? trying to work out why my body hates me
