I paid off $30k in debt. Sitting at a 570 becauuuuuse I only have $1500 in debt. Up to date on it and everything. Can’t get a mortgage and make $70k a year without overtime. Our credit score calculations are so messed up.

I’m just gonna be honest I have been trying to work on my credit for the past two years. Finally got it past the 500. I’m at 610 and still can’t get approved or even a personal loan. This whole credit thing is so frustrating.

Our mortgage lenders told us to pay off my husbands truck and then said he didn’t qualify for a conventional loan because his credit dropped to a 680 because of the now closed account so back to a FHA loan with pmi 🫠
