In the United States, we are allowed to move freely. We are not compelled to answer questions from law enforcement unless they have a reasonable suspicion that a crime was committed and that we have witnessed or participated in it. Otherwise, ICE has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. Zero. She is standing on principle because we see agents violate constitutional law, and it’s over. The answer is I don’t answer questions. At that point, they must release her.
