everyone here is wrong about what agoraphobia is, its not fear that people are jusging you when you go out. its legitimately the fear of very large open spaces, and outside is as open as it gets.

When my grandma passed away a couple years ago, we finally went and spread her ashes in the family property pond during the dry season. Took months for her ashes to be washed away by the rain. We'd drive by it and still see her ashes at the center of the pond and go "even in death, that woman is being stubborn" 😂

My grandmother, great uncle and I held up a line at the airport in Phoenix once too. They swabbed the outside of the container his ashes were in and never once opened them. I even giggled when they swabbed around the outside corners a little more intensively 💀😂

I started getting this last year after I was told I couldn’t drive anymore it’s aweful. I try to go for a walk daily but sometimes I only get maybe 2-3 walks in a week. I didn’t always used to be this and im trying so hard to get my life back it just doesn’t feel like it’s gonna happen right now.

that shit is so stressful for anyone. also you, for having to deal with it. coming from someone with such anxiety, im so happy to have a daughter as well to see me in these stressful moments. I dont want that for my own but, i remember, what a strong future woman to acknowledge what im going through. She gives me peace bu,t I try to give her equal space. tricky stuff. but that's girlhood. we woman see and experience things others can't. what a beautiful connection to be aware of and be alive for. ✨️
