This sleek spot delivers a fine dining experience with a vibrant, globally inspired menu that hits all the right notes, especially if you’re in the mood for bold flavours and a halal-friendly offering. We kicked off with the cheese bombs (£9) crispy, golden parcels with a gooey, indulgent centre that set the tone for what was to come. The beef bao buns (£12) were tender and well-seasoned, paired with fluffy bao that held up beautifully and refreshing coleslaw for the added crunch. The peshwari lamb chops (£17) were the standout starter, perfectly charred, subtly sweet, and spiced to perfection. For mains, the lamb shank biryani (£25) was generous and aromatic, the kind of dish that makes you pause after every bite. The beef chettinad (£18) delivered a deep, peppery warmth, slow cooked to perfection and texture like butter. The desi butter chicken (£15) was a let down as it wasn’t as rich, creamy or buttery as it should have been and breast was used instead of thigh but they have graciously taken this feedback on board. On the drinks side, the dragon fruit cooler (£10) was refreshingly exotic, while the velvet passion mango (£10) brought tropical, velvety sweetness that paired perfectly with the spices in our mains. To finish, the Matilda cake (£12) was a decadent treat, moist, chocolatey, and worth every bite. Halal Status: Entire food menu is halal. No pork is served, though alcohol is available on-site.
