Tucks pad with a good spoonful of coconut oil, wrap it around the hemorrhoid!! Do it a few times a day !! It will be gone in three days !!

I went to the ER, they lanced it open and it was sooo much better healed quickly !

i’ve had this a few times and YES it is horrendous!! No one can even imagine the pain!! There’s nothing you can do but to havr it lanced, the relief 😮💨 is instant!

I have had these for so long. Go n let the ER take care of your thrombosis. Ask for anesthesia because the pain is unbearable. I'm so sorry for ypu sweetheart 😞

Okie I soak in a super hot bath for 15 minutes and (this might be tmi, but I swear by it) massage them back in. Sometimes I watch TikTok’s while I do it to distract me. Once back in, pain over!

I went to the doc yesterday because I couldn't push it back in. it had burst which is why I had bleeding...she pulled the blood clot out
