Born and raised in LA and live south of Manhattan Beach in a nice area and I have never been denied or overlooked for service in 50 years. As a matter of fact when I once needed help for a car issue when I was young total strangers stepped up in the very same area you are in now to help a young brotha. For the “i’ve never seen ghetto like this” statement check Philly, Cleveland, Detroit or Tampa before you call LA ghetto.

LaDera Heights, Windsor Hills, Baldwin Hills, Culver City is some of the richest Black communities in this country with very nice multi million dollar homes, manicured lawns, tree lined streets.

I think you have a misunderstanding of some of your points of LA. I have a hunch you haven’t seen a lot of the really nice places let alone the good good LA had to offer, but yes, I agree with you saying it’s a little expensive here 😁.

Now hold on … I’m from LA. I just left Atlanta (Decatur to be exact ) AND THAT was GHETTO!!! However, I did have a time when I was in the A 😎😜

I lived good in California, only because I was able to make my money early on. Resided in Riverside in an upscale neighborhood. But I left in 2018 for a smaller town in texas. Taxes are cheaper also gas as well. Overall a better way of life.
