I had a migraine for 3 days so bad I couldn’t get up and ended up going to the hospital. I was prescribed propranolol and I haven’t had one in over a year 🙏🏻

Girl when I have a migraine I can’t leave my house. I can’t handle light, any noises or movements. My migraines are so debilitating.

This, 4 advil, a dark room with the AC cranked up, 2 dramamine and a good 4-6 hours of sleep usually knocks mine out. The real hell is when you wake up and its still there.

I get migraines and can’t do this. Coke makes mine worse and i can’t have the extra salt. Most of the time I just suffer bc my migraine meds don’t work. was on one for 10 yrs and it gave me kidney stones
