You should use B.E.f.a.s.t. Balance and eyes. I had a stroke but thought it was vertigo. I’m now a 1/4 blind. I didn’t have the f a s symptoms

Also an add on for T (Time) time of onset of symptoms help dictate what medications can be given depending on type of stroke. So remember to tell EMS or hospital staff when the person was last known to be well.
