Men here in LA don't DATE Black women that aren't ambiguous or biracial looking. Black men particularly date Hispanics and White females. Black women in LA aren't considered attractive compared to an Average non-Black woman especially from brown to dark skinned Black female. It's part of the CULTURE in Los Angeles.
