I think some peoples brains work better on multiple projects. For many they do need to just focus on one to succeed but I don’t think everyone falls into that category and I also have 3. Tech, service and a wellness app.

Without knowing more about your products, but is this like launching a range of products, i.e. they all have a similar base but have different targets? Or are they all completely different with no commonality eg one an app, one a good product etc.

What are your thoughts on building one to focus and start and THEN adding more businesses later on fueled by the first business? My personal worry with the simultaneous approach is that the lack of focus makes it such that i diffuse my time and dont give the biz the attention it deserves to get traction

I have 2 businesses and it has been about 2 years now where unfortunately you really cannot do well on both. One will be greatly neglected even though I do 150 hours each week on both.

I agree 🙏 only caveat I would add, is that if you’re working on multiple things, you may need more patience with the results. I built my business and made music at the same time. Sold tens of thousands of items and millions of streams on the tunes but both took years. The other thing is to stick with it if it’s something you enjoy even if it doesn’t bring immediate results!! Passion scales

Yeah I’m feeling this atm.. I’m starting to split focus because I’m tired of elements of one of mine and I know cinstant learning keeps me motivated as well.

I 100% agree with you. I learnt the hard one focusing on one business and putting all your eggs into one basket is super risky. Better to have two to three small successful businesses. My business is failing at the moment and it’s going to be a costly lesson!
