Yeah but if you eat like this and lose 10 pounds the moment you go back to your regular food consumption schedule, you’ll gain the weight back.

Hey fam!! My maintenance is usually around 2300-2500 ish. I’m thinking abt doing an aggressive cut for 4-6 weeks. I would be eating <1000 cals. I’ll still try to push myself w my lifts, but I know realistically I’m gonna get weaker. I’m worried about how my body will react when I start to eat more, but couldn’t I just reverse slowly? Like 100 a week until I am at my new maintenance? I’m also planning on lifting like craaazyyyy when I reverse so I can try to build back muscle
