Just know the city never comes out to just “look” around neighborhoods, it’s 1000% one of your neighbors sending a complaint to the city . Then I’m sure they did come and see a vehicle parked but it always starts with a complaint

I highly recommend that you find a good mechanic to get that inoperable truck running. I'm certain there has to be at least one in your area that's mobile so you don't even have to have it towed in.

Here’s a little pointer……. if you back in a vehicle, they aren’t able to determine if it’s inoperable or not. Use their own rules against them. It’s the best way to fight back.

It's your neighbor filling complaints on the city's website and sending pictures...Look for that website in my town shows the pictures and you can see the angle and find your nice neighbor...
