Hi beauty, RN here. I’ve seen irinotecan/5FU do WONDERS for my patients. It’s a hard regimen, the pump takes getting used to, but you are STRONG and you CAN do this! Make sure with irinotecan you’re staying hydrated, the biggest SE is diarrhea/cramping but there are ways to combat it! Also for nausea, a combo of Zofran and Emend will do wonders. YOUVE GOT THIS!
