this is the kind of stuff that you CAN take while still being ecologically conscious. The glass isn't meant to be there in the first place. Just cause its pretty and its what the beach is known for doesn't mean it should be there.

Was there last summer. Found some really cool glass in the small cove to the left side of the beach. Lots of crabs in that section too.

Yeah I live near Sacramento and last year went there for the first time. I was quite disappointed! There’s also Agate Beach at Patrick’s point, above Eureka. There you get on your belly & sort through for agates. I’ve found some nice ones there!
