@fox13utah: ROCKFALL-A group of swimmers was caught off guard when several boulders suddenly fell from a cliff at Lower Calf Creek located in southern Utah, within the Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument.   No injuries were reported. However, according to Utah’s Bureau of Land Management, similar incidents in the past have resulted in serious harm.   As temperatures rise and more visitors head to the area, officials are reminding the public: the six-mile hike to Lower Calf Creek is scenic — but not without risk.
