I just watched all your videos on this woman. First off if this is an HOA guided community they need to be responsible for this behavior or she’s out of the community. If it is not an HOA a judge needs to see this and remind her how she is supposed to act here, cause regardless of where’s she from this should not be tolerated. She should face consequences and punishments and she won’t continue. She only does this because authorities aren’t correcting it leaving the community to.

Just scrolled thru your vids. If I were you, 1. I would get headphones (not earphones) and put them on anytime you went outside. Then I’d smile and wave happily when she comes out and 2. Get the biggest, baddest, noisiest leaf blower and every time she takes stuff and throws it into your yard, blow it back.
