My 2005 Subaru Outback did that. Replaced my throttle body which helped for maybe a month then I just replaced my whole gas pedal for $50 off eBay!

My car was doing this instead of 10mpr it was accelerating slow going 20-40mph it had a sluggish feel, and would jerk a little the only code that was scanning was the mass air flow I replaced that twice , code still reading mass air flow sensor, so I did a full tune up replaced spark plugs , coils, filter, mas air flow again and now they are saying my car is misfiring . What could it possibly be ?

My 2015 volxwagan passat does exactly the same poor acceleration the camshaft pisition sensor crank shaft sensor oxigen sensor codes popped up i alredy replaced most sensors and it still runs slow and the codes dnt clear up do you think it might be the throttle body or something else??

My Hyundai sonata did just this on the highway today, luckily I made it to my house. It kept losing acceleration but I just took a backroad route
