Not gonna lie, survivors don't really have overpowered perks until they get patched. But killers keep overpowered perks to the end of time never adjustify a one shot hit in my eyes.

Yall in these comments are really not the smartest and it shows, ANY status effect recovers 66% faster. This does include killer powers like Freddy or nemesis who already have small hinder effects, this perk IS overtuned and DOES need a nerf. You literally can get sprint burst back in 20 seconds, it’s genuinely insane how much passive value this perk gives. This perk just gives the effect, nothing required to active it.

By the way. Vigil does not affect instances of the Exposed Status Effect when their timers are directly linked to a Killer's active Power (Evil Within III, and Marked Survivors against Night Shroud)
