Girlies, you never get to eat as much as you want if you want to lose weight! There is simply no way to lose weight without being in calorie deficit! She can eat this much because she is already at her ideal weight and has lots of muscle so this is just what she needs to maintain her weight!

You can eat Whole Foods and still be in a surplus! You said you’re very active, so you’re putting yourself in maintenance. The body doesn’t discriminate against calories. It doesn’t care if they came from an apple or candy bar.
