Ugh HOOPLA isn't working for me. it keeps saying that I have met my max check out when I haven't checked one out in months so frustrating. I do use Libby and also Cloud Library before going to Spotify and last resort audible

If you have Spotify premium you can also get 15hrs of audiobook listening through them per month!

Everand used to be so much better! When I first started listening to audiobooks the beginning of last year, I started with that app and I was getting at least 20 downloads a month. Until they had to go and change everything a couple of months ago. I was so irritated

Thank you for this breakdown. One other + for Audible is that if you have the kindle book, many times you can buy the Audible for a big discount.

If you have apple you can use BOOKS! Not super cheap but not super expensive. I got some books for 13 bucks but I’m Australian so it could be more expensive or more cheaper!!

Everand, Spotify, Audible. I like the old subscription format for everand versus the new one where there only 3 unlocks. Where compare I was able to listen to just about whatever book I wanted to...that would be an unlock title. Major regret "upgrading"

This is what I do. Except I’m in NZ so Everand is a library of ‘unlimited’ audiobooks for me. We don’t have to do the unlocks thing. It just depends if they have the book I’m looking for. Also I’m always going to check KU after Everand because if it’s a KU book the audio will only be about $3 on audible. THEN I’ll consider paying full price on Libro FM unless it’s an audible exclusive.
