I quit too. it takes several months for the chemicals in the brain to calm down to experience normal joy. Set small goals and reward yourself. It gets easier and you'll be proud of yourself.

I am in the same place…feel the same way. I plan on replacing it with exercise. No gambling right now…a bit of depression I’m working through, then exercise I hope. I feel more in control now and that is a real win. Terrible addiction!
