Lentil Hummus recipe 1 cup split red lentils 2 cups water or broth 1-2 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 1 lemons, juiced 1/3 cup tahini Wash + rinse your lentils. Add 2-4 Tablespoons of water or reserved cooking liquid if needed to thin or reach your ideal consistency.
