I have a bread maker and I can tell you hands down the best bread once you get the salt at the right spot you are gravy I just do a pinch bc my first 2 loafs was salty but it's ok I got it perfectly for my family

Any tips for keeping the bread fresh? I have been storing it in a cloth bread bag but it starts getting hard after a couple of hours. Not sure if I need to store it differently or what, I don’t expect it to stay fresh as long as store bread but was hoping for at least a couple days 😢
