I run 2 55 lb thrust motors bow fishing on a 2070 and run them hard 4-5 all night. I have to say those batteries are nice for charging and weight. As far as overall it’s still a toss up they do die out before the night is out but not very many boats use the energy I need by a long shot.

I mean if you obviously trusted that new battery you would take the old one out while point of lithium batteries is to lose weight in the boat !!! Just spend the big money to have something you can trust like powerhouse lithium batteries 💯💯💯 they have a 15 year warranty on em

it should have shown some use, so it might not be working like you'd like.

No the big problem is if you have a run away battery that overheats, catches fire and you can’t put the fire out, in my Rv the batteries are directly below my bed, I’d have to sleep with one eye open.

True it will but will last three days of heavy use. I use a 24 volt 75 thrust trolling motor and do same on Savannah river during generation. Heavy use.

So how are they in blaring hot ass sun for 8 hours on the water? Does the sun bother it any?

That's how you kill the battery you don't want to get it lower than about 40%... it's good to charge it every time you take it out just so you know they last but you know that's how you kill the battery you need it at like 70% it will last longer those are expensive

I'd like to have one of those for my solar it's got it digitally and it'll let you know but I would like to get an extra battery and like these good hot days and be able to charge a couple up but if you had one of those little doodads that way I can hook up an inverter to that and have a way to cook whenever the power goes out
