Deliberately holding your breath (intermittent hypoxia training) can temporarily reduce blood oxygen levels, potentially stimulating the release of stem cells from their niches into the bloodstream, making them available for potential repair or regeneration in other tissues.

Only one meal a day... fasting creates the most number of stem cells...

Also fasting, women can’t fast the same as men, but fasting for your cycle. Also creates stem cells. Which is incredible! Our bodies really do heal themselves we just need to have more access to the information about how to self heal. So thank you so much fun putting this out there for so many and for the work you do!!

Nothing like fasting and reading Qur’an. Reciting Qur’an (in Arabic, with proper tajweed) is the best practice of intermittent hypoxia

it seems like everything we did as a kid, like this and swinging my arms back and forth, running, among other things that came naturally, was to keep us healthy

Then anyone with sleep apnea should be superhuman and that’s simply not the case. Sleep apnea is literally intermittent hypoxia.

There is no direct, high quality evidence supporting this claim. Care to defend your assertion?

apparently so does dark chocolate, and if you buy the right chocolate you'll automatically hold your breath from the amazing taste and inturn get a double dose of stem cells

wasn't there a study recently about how choking (on intimate context) is bad for your brain, due to blood not getting to the brain? will it not have a similar effect if we hold our breath? less oxygenated blood

Secret Biohacks :
CO2 is acidic.... holding your breath increases acidity. Breathing and oxygenatiin reduces acidity amd increases alkalinity. This is why a cool down after an intense workout is necessary to reduce the lactic acid build-up in our muscles. Oxygenation through breathing and exhaling CO2 is literally the #1 mechanism of our bodies to regulate our pH (acidity/alkalinity balance). Not saying breath holding won't increase stem cells, just not for the reason you suggest.
