Doing internal self-development work has truly been worth it & I’m so glad I’ve been spending all these years investing in it. I also recently heard that sometimes we think doing this work will make all our relationships smooth sailing, but the truth is, if the other person hasn’t done their work, you can still be a mismatch. Still, it’s totally worth doing because it helps you navigate tough situations & becoming the best version of yourself. And I loved what you said about “be the adult” — so true!

Yea they are! I’ve left a lot of folks behind because of this mentality. A “girl” I know in her 50’s posted make kindness a thing again and she’s not even kind. 🤦🏽♀️
