Even if the drains can be cleared regulary, the people in the townships throw rubbish in the drains and that blocks them. Residents are also responsible for blocked drains. Municipal workers cannot clean drains every day.

Bru i drive a lot in upperclass areas doing deliveries , theres so mang city workers cleaning and sweeping the upperclasd areas, why dont we have that in our coloured and black communities? The only time we see you is voting time but yet our people are blind
