nah little spots you can just cover with primer and then paint. the bog/filler is only to help make the surface smooth, if its already smooth or close to, its not needed

Spray putty for really small scratches and tiny dents. Glazing putty for small scratches and shallow dents. Putty or bondo for larger dents.

rust convert any rust that has formed, small dents you can use filler but make sure you prime it and if your going to leave it for a long period put a clear coat over it aswell as bog and primer is porous

for the small spot, if there is no dint in the metal. sand the area use a metal primer and then just repaint to match the car. you can apply a spray Putty and sand it back with 1500 to get it smooth before repaint if you want.

Sand or grind off any rust, then primer. That spot looks to be surface rust so probably just needs sanding with something a bit more aggressive like 60grit. If you don’t get rid of the rust it will eventually come back.

if you get rid of the rust and it's not pitted, just use a primer and then top coat.. the primer has rust inhibitor in it.
