One thing I learned is pulling the pin out then pulling the bar to where I can get a full stretch then put the pin in my desired weight. I haven’t ran into this problem since 😭

People saying ego lifting because the weight is heavy. 3 clean reps is not ego lifting. 3-8 rep range is ideal for hypertrophy and minimizing fatigue. If you’re ignorant and have no idea what you’re talking about, don’t type.
