That poor woman and family. She probably was working like 20 hour shifts. Nurses are pushes so hard. She clearly just made a mistake. 💔 Mistakes happen.

We need to not work nurses short staffed all the time. That part of the problem. Long hours short staffing

It was partly the hospitals fault too. They should have better processes to ensure safety. Like better staff. No interruptions while pulling meds. No access to these meds unless in locked box.
